CA-PAR Electric, Inc was founded by William and Stephanie Cain. In July 1998, CA-PAR Electric was formed out of the desire and vision of Bill and Stephanie Cain to excel in the electrical industry. They have strong convictions that it is possible to provide quality electrical services while maintaining a high degree of safety in every aspect of their work. Stephanie Cain is a graduate of the University of New Orleans and has over 21 years of experience in sales and marketing of electrical components to electrical engineers, petro-chemical, commercial, institutional and governmental facilities. With over 24 years of experience in the electrical industry, Bill Cain has worked as a lineman, cable splicer, electrical supervisor, project manager and most recently as the owner and president of CA-PAR Electric, Inc..

Stephanie Cain has over 21 years of experience in the electrical industry and during that time has worked as a sales representative for electrical products to electrical engineers, petro-chemical, commercial and electrical distribution facilities. In addition, she has a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from the University of New Orleans and an Associate degree in Business Administration from Delgado Community College.

William Cain has over 24 years of experience in the electrical industry and during that time has worked as a lineman, cable splicer, electrical supervisor, project manager and most recently as the owner and president of CA-PAR Electric, Inc. He has attended the University of New Orleans where he majored in engineering and has completed numerous training programs over the course of his career.
